SUMMARY:Meditation & Discussion: Forrest Hill
DESCRIPTION:Napa Valley Insight Meditation is a community of meditation practitioners dedicated to supporting the cultivation of mindful awareness and compassion in daily life. We meet every Tuesday from 7:00pm – 8:30 pm at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Napa (1625 Salvador Ave). All levels of experience are welcome. \n \nOur Tuesday night Sangha is led by a rotating group of local NVIM Dharma leaders and guest teachers. This week\, Forrest Hill will facilitate the evening’s meditation and discussion. \nEach meeting will generally follow the following structure: \n– 7:00 pm Meditation Sitting Begins \n– Sitting meditation: 30 minutes\n– Short break for tea and greetings: 10 minutes\n– Facilitator’s talk on relevant themes and/or group discussion: 45 – 50 minutes \n– 8:30 pm Meeting Ends \n\n  \n
