SUMMARY:An Evening with Special Guest\, Jill Satterfield
DESCRIPTION:This Tuesday evening sangha will be led by guest teacher\, Jill Satterfield. Jill is an international mindfulness and meditation teacher\, consultant and mentor. Her integration of embodied mindfulness and meditation includes somatic practices and contemplative psychology along with 35 years of Buddhist practice and silent retreats. She has been teaching for decades in hospitals\, trauma centers\, addiction institutes\, at risk youth facilities\, corporations and meditation centers with the intention of empowering and inspiring people from all walks of life\, backgrounds and dispositions. \nJill’s dedication to understanding her own mind and body and creating accessible\, practical contemplative practices are rooted in the body.
