DESCRIPTION:This evening\, Napa Valley Insight Meditation welcomes guest teacher Joanie Lane to lead our sangha. \nJoanie is the Creator of and Dharma /Meditation Teacher at “​A Positive Light” meditation center\, and a graduate of Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program taught by renown teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. With over 30 years of meditation practice and training\, she also teaches  Qigong\, Reiki\, is a Certified Life and Spiritual Coach\, Author & Poet. Joanie began her meditation practice in 1989 and received extensive training in Mahayana and Theravada Buddhism as well as Zen and considers her education in the Buddhist practices “mixed”.
