Meditation and Yoga: Daylong with Anne Cushman

MOVING INTO MEDITATION: YOGA & EMBODIED PRESENCE:
Join author, yoga & meditation teacher, Anne Cushman, for a day long focused upon nourishing and restoring your body, heart and mind through an integrative flow of mindful yoga postures, breath cultivation and seated meditation.
Anne is a pioneer in the integration of creative expression, yoga and Buddhist mindfulness meditation. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in comparative religion. Anne is the author of several books and has been widely published in venues that include the New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, O Magazine, and the Shambhala Sun. She is also the director of the Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
All levels of yoga and meditation experience welcome!
Please bring a mat and blanket, lunch, beverage and appropriate clothing for periods of outdoor walking meditation.
